Updated Guidelines

We recently updated our guidelines on what items are acceptable and not acceptable, and set new limits on certain items. Please review our Consignor Guidelines for complete details on what you can and cannot bring.

Procedure for Tagging Large Items

Please DO NOT attach tags to your large items (such as furniture, ride-on toys, equipment, etc.) before checking in. Simply write or print them out and bring them with you to Drop-Off. We have a new system for attaching these tags and we will assist you in doing this during check-in.

Federal Regulations Concerning Lead in Children's Products

Please help us to be compliant with the new federal regulations concerning lead in children's products. DO NOT bring painted toys, children's jewelry or plastic tub toys as large numbers of these items have been recalled. Please take some time to review the CPSC links below and make sure that none of the items you intend to sell have been recalled or are likely to contain lead. Let's keep our kids safe.

Tag Creator Program Available

Wee Swap's Tag Creator program has been a big hit with our consignors and we want to keep it that way. Version 3.0 of Tag Creator is available for download, and as always it's free of charge. This version brings two major enhancements: 1) support for Microsoft® Windows Vista™ and Windows 7™ operating systems, and 2) the program will now print out special tags for "Large Items" - those items that are too large for shoppers to carry around with them. (Please note the new procedure mentioned above concerning Large Tags - do not attach them before checking in at Drop-Off.)

Simply download the program free of charge, install it on your PC and start creating and printing your tags at home. Tag Creator will not only simplify the process of creating your tags, but will save you time at drop-off and give you professional looking tags as well. Click here for all the details.

Drop N' Run - Personal Consignment Service

Have items that you want to sell but just don't have the time to get them ready? Maybe you just don't feel like messing with the details of being a consignor but you'd still like to shop early? Have we got a deal for you! With Wee Swap's Drop N' Run service all you have to do is bring your clean items to Drop-Off and leave the rest to us - no tagging, no pricing decisions, no sorting or hanging your items on the racks. Just drop off your items and run (well, maybe walking is safer) out the door - and you still get to shop on Consignor Night. What could be easier? Click here for all the details.
